How to secure your gmail?

As we know that google offers free email service call - gmail and it is no doubt the best free email service. It is secured with SSL for webmail ( there is a lock icon during you sign-in at the bottom right of your windows screen). SSL offers a secured (encryption) channel from your PC to their server so your login will be secured (nobody can sniff your account and password). GW have observed that sometime with no reason, after you have successed log into your account, you are welcomed to the inbox, now the problem come in your lock icon at the bottom is gone and you are not in the secure channel. Everything you did can be sniffed by your network administrator (if he use a network sniffing software which is widely available in the internet). We cannot blame google because SSL on the server side is a CPU intensive process - but this is his problem.

To make sure your are secured, use this way to login - https://mail.google.com to force the whole session to secure. Please bookmark the link to enjoy secure transaction.

How to wash your car?

Before you start to wash your car, get the correct stuffs ready. Go and shop around for car-washing products and never substitute them with dishwashing liquid or household cleaners as they likely to damage the paintwork of the car. The best is to get a car-kit where they come with a package include car shampoo, wax, cleaning cloth etc and it is cheaper.

Park you car under the shaded area before you start your work not only save your skin from the sun but also prevent uneven drying which can leave residue and streaks on your car. Alway start from the top to bottom while you are washing. Do a final rinse and wipe away excess water with a clean cloth to prevent watermarks from forming. Finally, wax your car which will lay a protective coating and maintain colour and shine.

Final advice, wash your car at least once a week and wax it once a month.
